There is no worse than being cooked by the kitchen after a favorable impression on the reception and decor. Beautiful shaded terrace. Nice table layout. Three dishes and desserts to choose from. We're being advised of a change of card. Okay. A liliputian salad with a mushroom cut in 4 and even punishment for the apple. A tiramisu drowned in goat cheese with Mascarpone and mushrooms. The dish. A piece of very dry veal accompanied by tasteless vegetables cooked with water. Error on sauces. Roquefort sauce was tasteless. Really one day without. Chocolate dessert to cheer up but las...new failure with a very medium kind of cookie... I hope that the cook was able to correct the shot later and tha...
Beautiful setting, good cuisine, a very welcoming and natural team. We had taken with my companion 2 entries, 2 dishes and a dessert to share. The freedom left to the chef in the kitchen allows to find natural flavors in the dishes, nothing appeared to me frozen and it was very good.
We spent a very pleasant time at the Cascade. Very warm welcome by the staff, waiter to our small care who takes time to explain the map and puts water to the mouth. Very nice frame. Excellent meal with good products and unusual. I recommend!
Original dishes, I took a dry ink fish on small black balls perfectly cooked but it lacked seasoning and especially the cook not a smile no hi, an ice ambience. We should make an effort to make a shame.
