I came here with my wife and 2 boys aged 4 years old and 11 month old. Before I write the review I want to say that I am Asian and so is my wife and I really hope this did not play a part in the way we were treated by the French staff. We went into this place and were not even greeted. We waited to be seated for over 5 minutes, the place was not even busy. We found a table and seated ourselves. No one came to take our order. We asked for a high chair and after another 5 minutes a high chair was almost thrown at us with no apology. We were left there ignored whilst other people were being served, all French people, and we were made to feel horrible. The waitress made eye contact several times...
I have just read some recent reviews and struggled to believe this was the same place we visited. We ate there twice this weekend and thought it was very good. Yes, it's not cheap but you are in Paris a short distance from the Arc de Triomph and expect to pay a premium. We had the cheese platter and mixed meat platter and l'escargot. All excellent, 10 pieces of cheese with bread and large selection of meats. Staff were very friendly even giving my daughter a present of a small ice bucket as it was her birthday. We are sorry that others did not have the same experience but we had two very pleasant visits and would return.
Arrived for breakfast, the waiter was rude from the get go, ignoring most any question we asked, not friendly. We ordered a simple breakfast and decided to change tables to avoid the smoke in our face. We moved one row back, the place only had 4 tables being used out of 30 or so. The waiter delivered the food and left until we flagged him down for the check. He delivered the check and disappeared again. When we went searching for him to pay, he commented, "oh, you have a (credit) card" ---like it would have mattered. The food was average and satisfactory. The service was poor.
Really just stopped but to have a glass of Kir Royale with a cheese plate and move on with our sightseeing tour, but the waitress was so fast and nice and smiley that we stayed for a couple of hours, and missed our boat trip, LOL. But we did have a great time. Thanks Café de Paris, we will definitely come back to your Café !!!!

Must say one of my high-lights in Paris. We had a snack-board, Salmon Bagel, Sandwich, Chocolate desert and drinks. All food and drinks was great. Price-wise also prices comparing to a meal at one of the National fast food chains, but ambiance and quality wise a much better deal. Will be back when in the area.
Parisian cafe in Etoile area, right opposite the bus stop for the shuttle (mini)bus service to Fondation Louis Vuitton. I was there for breakfast which was fair enough, though on the expensive side and the service could be more welcoming. Convenient and quiet location for a wait.
We came here to have a drink, but everything was really overpriced. The service was also slow and not really nice. When we didn't order a second drink right away, they really gave us the feeling that we had to leave. Won't come back here again.
Overpriced, rude and unfriendly staff. The food is just about edible. Not recommended at all. We only stopped here as were hungry and didn't know other places nearby.

Needs better service: if you order coffee before meal you have it beforehand. Sounds logical but it is not...
