partly through a strenuous walk and first only drank for a thirst quencher, but sitting down and supping the drinks and given it was lunchtime, a decision was made to eat a bite. we just thought the 3 of us were going with a starter. they were a goat cheese salad, a mozzarella and tomato, and finally a sardelle. we were a bit surprised by the sizes they were big, but that had no influence on the quality as we were all our individual salads very good. service was also pleasant and based on our experience, two of us considering, again for an evening meal.
Fabulously friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble, given that we turned up on the hoof, seated in no time, local musicians playing and super family atmosphere that continued till we left could have stayed longer, tasty dry rose and everyone left (all 6) having enjoyed their meal, we will be back was the vote. Run by a very welcoming Irish family, just a fabulous place to end the day. Thank you
This is a lovely place to eat. We had a starter, main course, sweet, 5 drinks and coffees for a little over 100€. Food was really great, especially the goats cheese and steak. The owner, Fergal is a lovely guy who stopped for a chat a few times. Highly recommended place to eat.
