This seems to be a place liked by locals as well as tourists. The terrace provides excellent relief from the sun during the day and the wind at night. The staff are friendly and altough the seating was a little close to each other considering the covid times, it was still a place we visited several times for a drink. Next to a tiny park area and with vines covering the terrace, this cafe has a relaxed vibe. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Friendly quick service, very fair prices and a choice (if there's a spare table)! of a shaded terrace or full sun just outside the bar. Lots of warm seating indoors in Winter. With family living on l'île D'Oléron we value the bars which open all year round and always offer a warm welcome. This is definitely one of the best bars on the island-and particularly good for people watching!
