Café Du Wake - Tisch reservieren

I won 't be back. This is not a real cafe. It 's 1 kitchen cooking for 6 different restaurants. I guess it 's really designed to order online and then pick up or have it delivered. They 're online menu and website not really clear about this. I stopped in thinking it was a cafe, to get a coffee and try a biscuit. There was watered down coffee out of a gas station style pump carafe. The worst part was what happened with the biscuit. I waited over 20 minutes to get a plain biscuit. The real problem is there was one staff member in the kitchen cooking for six restaurants. I'm done with this restaurant and any other restaurant that operates out of this building. I have placed two orders online with this restaurant. On each occasion, there was an issue and my order was not ready when I arrived for pick up. In fact, I had to wait like 20 or 30 minutes for my order after arriving. We're talking about a sandwich and a side order. In addition, the food is mediocre. I ordered cafe au lait and a croissant breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was dry and overcooked (I ordered gravy on it...no gravy on it). The cafe au lait was not good either. I threw it out and ordered coffee next door at Dunkin Donuts. For the business manager who left the dishonest reply to my post, please just take it as criticism and clean up the joint. If you were there when i was purchasing, then shame in you! You should not be in the food industry and the health department should be involved. Use the time it took you make excuses and have a team meeting like managers should do in this situation or hire workers who want to work. I have videos and more pics to back up my claim but my aim was not to harm your brand. (I can certainly post them if thats what you want) But to have gone out of my way with my family to support you then to throw away what should have been good food and see slackness was not cool. After my brothers ice cream cone was given to the wrong sibling, they replaced it with no extra cost. Overall the food itself was really good and the customer service was also outstanding. 10/10 would recommend giving a visit if your in the area.
