we have arrived early; they do not have my reservation. When they wanted to push two small tables together, I asked for a quiet table in the back they did not give me, even though they gave it to others who came after us. we were stuck on two small tables that were pushed together in the middle of the restaurant, any server that came out of the kitchen bar that was changed by us, and each customer went to the bathroom. service was fast eating is not better or worse than any other Mexican place. the worst part is the noise around 5:45 the place was full, with people waiting in the line. the noise was incredibly loud that I literally couldn't hear that my friend sits next to me without increas...
my wife and I came a few weeks ago to the gentle opening. we have eaten at the location chicago for several years and some things we love are the consistency of food and the friendliness of the staff. our service was excellent and we were delighted by the servers about their dishes. since many of the menu items in glenview were different, we decided to order tapas style to try some dishes that we had not seen before. our experience was worth the 5-star rating and we cannot wait to go back.
This was our first visit to this location. Every bit as good as the original site. Food was fresh and delicious. Great variety of dishes including many fish options. I had chicken enchiladas and my wife had shrimp tacos. We sat in the outdoor patio area.Prices are reasonable and they have a good drink selection. Definitely will go back.
I absolutely LOVE this place!! I usually go with my sister and we cannot get enough of Tapatio. The food is amazing and the service is top-notch. Everything is made to order and the quality is outstanding. Merced and Jesus always take great care of us. If you're looking for delicious, made from scratch food, this is the place! Good food! The only think I would change is salsa is too spicy and drinks like margaritas should be served in a different kind of glass anything else is really good???? I really love their bowl salad.
I tried this place back a few months and visited every Friday continuously. the best Mexican place in the northwest. fantastic owners, employees, eating and drinking. they will not be disappointed!
