Been coming here every weekend for well over 12 years now. Guess it's time for a review? Food rocks. Coffee is THE best. With Better Buzz having opened recently- this place still absolutely ROCKS. Waaay better coffee and services offered. The food... OmgEEE, the food... Whether you want a muffin, or a burger, a burrito, this place even has a variety of breakfast plates and different pancakes. Perfect place for out of towners and townee's alike. I've actually ran into a family over the years who come out to Carlsbad to vacation every year a few times. One word: Enjoy!!
Loved this place ever since it replaced the restaurant that moved out to Vista (which we also love and is now Shaks). The food is perfect yummy but laid back eggs and bacon and brekkie sands plus more hearty meals too everything comes out tasting like the grill is clean and the pastries are worth the visit themselves. Gets very crowded when tourists pour in but rest of the year it’s very easy to get in order and eat.
This was a great place for breakfast and lunch. My husband ordered the Carlsbad Benedicts Eggs and said it was great with coffee. I had the Philly Steak Sandwich which was good but need more steak and grill onions. The Garden Salad with the rasberry vinaigrette dressing which was very good. We would recommend this place
Got there on a Saturday at 1:42pm, right before their kitchen closes at 2:00pm. Staff didn't seemed bothered one bit, and were very welcoming : The food was ready FAST, and the portions were big I got an omelete with hashbrowns). I would come here again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The French toast was dry and absent of flavor. The hashbrowns were under cooked nicely browned on the outside and undercooked inside. I may try again in the future. Lastly this pla e is over priced for the taste.
French toast with berries. I love this place! Their French toast is always so good. You can get them plain or with other items. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Food was no freshly cooked. Doesn’t represented the 4.6. Egg omelette saw microwaved bacon was old. Waste of a good opportunity to eat good food while in Carlsbad
