Terrible service! I ordered pizza for delivery and was told it would take an hour. Over an hour later, a very rude young man called to say they had taken my card information down incorrectly. When I asked if the pizza was on the way, he yelled at me, insisting that I should have been informed it would take more than an hour because they were very busy. He then asked me if I wanted to cancel—not just once, but three times. Eventually, I gave him what he seemed to want: a cancellation. With a pizzeria on every corner, I certainly won't be returning here. Hello, Mulberry Street!
It’s really nice to see young people with really friendly attitudes a great sense of customer service. These are traits that have completely disappeared. I wish you lasting success. Cafe Europa’s pizza was always garbage ditch their recipes and start fresh.
They forgot to deliver my order. I had to call them to remind them to deliver it. The order came 45 minutes late and the delivery guy didn't even say sorry. Apparently I'm not the only one having problems getting a delivery from this place.
Quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Had it delivered and it was 35 minutes late. Sauce is so sweet and tastes like jarred sauce. I never leave these reviews but this one I have to. HORRIBLE pizza. Better off at chucky cheese Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
So happy Cafe Europa went out of business, the manager was cold and verbally abusive to his staff. It’s nice to know he’s no longer there and we can all appreciate a new array of Italian food as well as pizza. Can’t wait to stop by
This place serves some of the best pizza in the area at reasonable prices. Additionally, they have free turtles to play with while you wait, which is a fun touch. I really enjoy their chicken bacon ranch pizza!
