At the beginning I received order that was not identical to the one on the menu but accepted it as waiter explained that they were missing that sauce. But then I saw mouse that was running around the floor eating leftovers from previous visitors. I went downstairs and explained the situation, but they acted funny, no one apologized or tried to solve the situation but told me to move my stuff downstairs if I want. No one helped me to get my stuff nor offered anything because of what happened. Tasty food, but rude management and customer service, and not a clean place to eat.
The food is good and the location is great because it’s right in the center but the service is horrible. We went there during the carnival on 2 different days because of its location. The first day the waiter was really yelling at us and hurrying us up while ordering and paying. The next day, there was a security at the door who asked me in a very rude way what do I need inside, I didn’t answer, then he grabbed one of my friends aggressively by the arm and asked if we will eat or drink.
Leckeres Essen und Getränke, der Service war gut, im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen. Wahrscheinlich hat es geholfen, dass es ein wunderschöner sonniger Tag war und alle entspannt das Wetter genossen haben! Ich fand die Menüs etwas verwirrend, es schien etwa drei davon zu geben, was für Touristen, die kein Deutsch lesen können, ziemlich schwierig sein kann. Aber ich konnte Google Translate über die Handykamera nutzen.

Der Kellner war unhöflich und ungeduldig. Zuerst, weil wir nicht erkannt haben, dass die „Zeitung“ auf dem Tisch tatsächlich die Speisekarte war, und dann, weil er es uns erklären musste. Vielleicht nicht touristenfreundlich, oder er hatte einfach einen schlechten Tag, da auch andere Tische ähnlich behandelt wurden!
Bestellte das Schnitzel Caprese und das Schnitzel mit Pilzsauce. Sie waren etwas kleiner, daher musste ich eine Pizza dazu bestellen. Der Service war schnell, aber die Kundenbetreuung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist großartig und an einem sonnigen Sonntag ist es der beste Ort zum Essen.
This place gives Newyork vibes, can’t really explain it! The breakfast is simple but each bite was exceptional; the day I came they only had a buffet (which I didn’t know about) but the server did her best to accommodate! Wonderful service, good food, amazing location
Worst service I've encountered in a long while. The waiter didn't bother to come a second time to our table. The pizza was clearly frozen and badly cooked. It was still cold in the middle and soggy. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Staff works in a touristy area at the most touristy restaurant, but are rude as heck if your are not German even if you try to use their language. Food was also not that great, been to the restaurant in Nüess much kinder better food.
