We recently had a family dinner at your establishment but unfortunately our experience was marred by disappointing service, particularly from a server. Although the dishes were visually appealing and delicious, and we appreciated the generosity of the portions, the server's lack of attentiveness and friendliness had a negative impact on our evening. We had a great New Year's Eve evening at the Flow café. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the meal to the musicians and the night at the ADMIRAL hotel.
