Wir waren schon ein paar Mal hier. Tolle Lage, das Lokal ist modern, auf zwei Ebenen und ein bisschen schicki-micki, wie die Deutschen sagen würden. Gut für eine kleine Mahlzeit (ebenso lecker), verpassen Sie nicht die große Kuchenauswahl (verbunden mit einer fantastischen Bäckerei). Ein sehr angenehmer Ort. Es ist oft voll und der Service kann etwas langsam sein.
I stopped by this place on a very hot day sat down and asked the waiter for a cold Coke. He then told me (quite bruskely) that he didn't understand me and that when in Germany, I should speak German. I told him to go forth and multiply and walked out, after he'd grabbed hold of my right hand wrist. I'd advise any non German speaking people to stay clear of it.
Pretty standard breakfast, cereal, cheese, ham all fresh, but the bread was not great, Croissant also. Coffee is good. Service fast, but had to point out missing items from my order twice. The seat next to the lake is beautiful; but breakfast does not live until the seat.
The bakery is very good with fresh pastries and great coffee. The restaurant is also wonderful if you want to take a quick bite by the lake. I wouldn't leave the way to eat there. If you're in the area, even though it would make a nice lunch.
