If you would like to feel as if you are eating in an Egyptian cafe while you are still in Montreal, this is the place for you! This restaurant-cafe is a family owned and operated restaurant serving authentic Egyptian food. All the food offered and served is made on site and it is simply delicious, the kochara and the felafel are the best I have ever eaten. The desserts are home-made and are wonderful to eat, they are often served directly from the oven. If you want an alcoholic beverage, it is available but the mint tea is excellent with lots of real mint leaves. The decor is very simple, like the outdoor cafes in Cairo (very rustic) and if you eat outside you are watching traffic drive by,...
what I really like at this shisha lounge is the volume of music that is held on a level that allows to increase the conversation without its vote. the entire interior decoration is also great. I ordered the fries, shisha and fruit drinks. an essential improvement area is the improvement of communication of employees. the employee has forgotten twice about or ordering obst drink and also garlic sauce with frits. but if they are looking for a place to enjoy shisha, this is definitiw a great place to visit
Cafe jounieh is a nice cozy lounge to chill and enjoy a nice shisha. The place was packed with people playing cards. The service was a little slow but it's understandable since it was crowded and the waiter was running all over the place. Would definitely go back !
A great tea place for relaxation on comfortable leather seating... Shishas are of the highest quality and service is excellent! They us natural charcoals to burn your shisha,,leaving a natural taste... Excellent menu for delicious sandwiches!
There was 1 or 2 serves for this place. Service was slow, and we didn't get the drinks we had requested. I would think this is an amazing place to go during off peak rush hours.
I like this restaurent.I have gone specialy for hukkah smoking.Very good service.Actually i am the first time customer.Atmosphere also enjoyable.All price of food are moderate.
Great place for shisha and a bite to eat, kitchen stays open late. Owner is very friendly and it’s a fantastic place for cards or backgammon.
