The waitress was the worst I have ever been served by. Rude, unprofessional and on her phone the whole time. I came inside the restaurent told her it's my first visit. She did not make me feel welcome with her greeting (Rude tone, frown, and speaking like I bothered her) I Still took a seat telling myself I come for the experience not her. The ambiance was not how it looked by the pictures. The menu was SO much overpriced. What seemed to me as regulars there, would just stair at you the whole time. It made my visit so uncomfortable. Shisha is ok. Food was ok. Service is terrible. They don't even offer free drinking water. You have to chase the waiter to order your food.Most importantly, be very careful with the bill and ask for your receipt. They cheated me on the bill. When I asked for an explanation the person working didn't even admit the error. Instead he doubled down on lieing about the bill and tried to explain it.First and last time.
A very nice ambiance and efficient service if you are in the mood for a water pipe AKA Shisha break.The server was friendly and knowledgeable and made a good recommendation on the available flavors for the shisha.Price wise, yes it was pricy but you only live once so unwind and live a little. :
Since the new administration took over, the food is pretty deceivable.Its not the same taste, i used do go regulary over there. Service became slow too them. It took 30 min for a bottle of water and a piece of cake. Most of the times, you have to ask another staff for your order.

While the food and shisha are good most of the time, the service can be bad or even horrendous. One of the servers was being rude, when I called him out on it he proceeded to double down on rudeness by cursing me and challenging me to fight outside. Its a shame
