I gave this restaurant a 4 rating mainly because of it's setting. The first time my husband & I wanted to try this restaurant, we actually just wanted to try a few cocktails & have an antipasto but when we asked if we could do that, we were told emphatically that for cocktails we had to go to Pizzeria la Jatte around the corner. Note: the restaurant was not full at this time, so it wasn't an issue of tables. It was disappointing, as I had spied a bar in the restaurant, but I guess that is just for customers waiting for a table. Very nice setting in terms of location. Once inside wonderful orangery which in my visit was most welcome as a beautiful evening. We were a large party (x20) worked to a set pre-ordered menu. Food was very good , service polite & professional. As others have commented not a cheap eat, but it is Paris & was exceptionally busy for a Tuesday so the Parisians must like it! As a treat would definitely eat here again.
I doubt you'd find this place by accident - stuck on a little island in the river. But if you're out this way, it's a unique place. Very interesting mock whale skeleton as the centrepiece in an otherwise vast cavern of a dining room (old warehouse?). Lovely ambience. Terrace also available. Food was along a fresh, clean style. Typically small Parisian portions. Seasonal menu. Smooth service too.
I had not eaten here for years, so I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the changes such as the pizzeria on the ground level and the expanded terrace. The menu has good choices, including vegetarian options. The atmosphere was lively and the round tables add to the conviviality. An especially good choice for birthday and other celebrations.

Very good dinner at the Jatte coffee. The volgon linguines and summer white truffle pasta were excellent. Same for desserts. The caring service of Charles and his advice for the white Marsannay at the top! A nice evening accompanied by music.
We went for diner at the cafe de la jatte with our 2 kids. Kids menu is a frozen pizza, a chocolat cake and a juice for 16 euro... Filet of beef at 34 euro is average. Wine and service good !
Pretty expensive one. We went there with kids to show them the hanging dinosaurs’ skeleton replica. Food was great, service was good, ambiance was nice. Kids enjoyed a lot.
If you imagine a dinosaur on top of your head whilst you eat a good Italian food , then you are at the right place . Not cheap , quite expansive but trendy and good .

They were confusing my main course with another one. My wife had to wait they will replace my choice. Very expensive even with the 20% of La Fourchette.
