Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant für das Dinner sind wir spontan ins Café Latin gegangen und haben uns darüber gefreut, dass ein Tisch noch verfügbar war.Nach dem Aperitif haben wir dann unsere Bestellung aufgegeben. Zur Vorspeise haben wir für fünf Euro einen Mikrosalat erhalten. Bei der Pasta hatte es bei meiner Frau undefinierbare Plastik-Teile in der Bolognese-Sauce gehabt. Als wir den Kellner darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, hat er einfach gesagt "je suis desolé " und das wars. Den Wein haben wir nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage dann erhalten. Die Flasche kam schon offen an und wurde nicht wie üblich am Tisch geöffnet.Unser Fazit: Das Restaurant wirkte auf unser sehr schmuddelig.
Es war Markttag und viel los, aber das Café war nicht voll. Wir (3 Erwachsene und ein Kind) haben nach einem Tisch gefragt und einen zugewiesen bekommen. Dann passierte lange nichts. Auf Nachfrage haben wir Karten bekommen. Dann passierte lange ... nichts. Gäste an anderen Tischen, die später kamen, wurden deutlich schneller und freundlicher bedient. Nach etwa 1/2 Stunde sind wir gegangen, ohne dass auch nur unsere Getränkebestellung aufgenommen wurde. Vielleicht wollte man uns nicht. Vielleicht war man auch einfach nur überfordert. Schade, denn das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Daher der 2. Stern.
We went to family lunch one noon in week and season. The tables were not in full but we still spent 45 minutes waiting for our dish while the waiter sent the dishes of the neighbouring customers installed after our arrival.50 minutes after the order, we decided to leave and as by chance the dishes are ready (it was salads and dish of the day). the waiter with long hair was of extreme bad faith seeking unnecessary and aggressive excuses (the lady of the kitchen admitted that we had been forgotten). So we left very disappointed, a shame, the frame is nice. Now we'll go back to valbonne.
restaurant comble, but the staff despite the affluence is very friendly and efficient. a nice boss, a cook who visits a few tables to take reviews and discuss with the customers at the end of his service, an Italian wine card garnished and at reasonable prices, recommended and to redo, we ate the pasta of the day in fresh anchovies, a carpaccio, pennes to the diavola, good Italian brewery.

my sister-in-law living next to valbonne, ns took dinner from this restaurant she had kept a good memory of. But sometimes things change. The kitchen is not bad but really, without more, the wine was too hot and as for the young waitress, she does her job but the heart is obviously not there, the smile either. Too bad, with the very nice terrace, we should have had a better time.
a delicious Italian cuisine and a sumptuous setting! Indeed the terrace is full of charm, ideal for a dinner and even a drink, the choice of the map is very diverse, generous dishes unlike other restaurant I have been able to make on the coast, in clear the ratio quality quantity price is excellent! I strongly recommend this address with a heartburn
This has to be the worst café crème in 06! It literally is like dish water - with coagulated milk I've been back a few times in the morning to give it a go but always the same. I think the owner should trade in his Harley Davidson for a new coffee machine :))
We were un Valbonne to enjoy the local market and we stopped there to have a drink but when we saw the food on the other tables (and the smell ????) we decided to eat there. We took some pasta and it was really good.

arrived late at around 1:30 pm, the order was long despite few busy tables. The waitress is nice and effective. Good day dish. a lemoncello digestive offered.
very pro. dishes and wines Excellent.Couscous every Thursday. spaghetti vongolé and eggplant gratin very well cooked.
