I went to Café Lazio pre-pandemic and we were amazed by the food and everything. We went back 2 weeks ago, and we were disappointed by the fact that it took them 40 minutes to serve us our coffee and to take our order. One thing I dislike doing is following up with waiters, it is usually my last resort because I really ran out of patience. After another 20 minutes, I decided to give a nudge to the waiter politely asking him if our order will be ready soon. We arrived at 11am and it we are waiting until 12h15. The waiter apologized and said that there’s a delay in the kitchen because they were very busy. We simply ordered 2 regular breakfast with sausages and eggs, it was nothing complex. I l...
First time experience inside dining. Terrible service. Waited for 35 minutes, my husband asked about our food, the lady answered Why? . After 35 minutes we were told there was a client before us and now they will START preparing our oder. Had two kids and were stopping to eat between the hockey games. Had to rush home to cook myself. Besides, I ordered coffee with cannoli but was only given coffee. And it was not even busy....with all the positive reviews, we were very surprised....
What an absolutely wonderful restaurant and great inviting atmosphere. Arrived and was seated with a nice smile the food was delicious and the service was perfect. Will definitely go back for more meals and will also use the take out orders as well. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.Parking: Lots of parking
Second time here, food was as flavourful and delicious as the first time we came here. We got the 2 chef specialties (lamp chops and pappardelle con pollo) and it was so good. Portions are huge! The staff is also so nice and friendly, always making sure you have a good time. Jazz music in the background is giving.
