Es ist selten, anständige Cafés in Frankfurt zu finden, daher war es schön, auf diesen Ort zu stoßen, der nur wenige Gehminuten vom Trubel der Stadt entfernt ist. Das Café ist schön und klein, was ihm eine lebhafte Atmosphäre verleiht. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Tischgrößen zur Auswahl. Die Speisekarte ist für diejenigen, die kein Deutsch sprechen, etwas schwierig, aber ich hatte das Glück, einen Salat zu bestellen, und der war köstlich!! Könnte bitte jemand das Licht einschalten? Ich verstehe, dass sie eine bestimmte Atmosphäre schaffen möchten, aber es war dort fast stockdunkel.

Some of the staff are so inexperienced and have no idea at all how to treat customers. I asked to be served and was told off in a School like manner that I would have to wait. When I complained, they said, you do not have to eat here.....will not be back and have shared this experience with family and friends who used to frequent this place. My advice, cheaper and better service in Berger Strasse or even on the Zeil...!!!

Ich habe das Brunch im Café Main gold absolut geliebt. Es war nicht nur köstlich, sondern auch ein Kunstwerk. Wahrscheinlich hatte ich Glück, da die Früchte gerade Saison hatten, aber das Brot, der selbstgemachte Käseaufstrich und oh!, das Müsli waren ein absoluter Genuss. Ich kann ihr Brunch wärmstens empfehlen, denn es gehört bestimmt zu den besten in der Stadt.

If you want to have a delicious food with authentic, high quality and organic ingredients this is your place. This is also a typical german pay-only-with-cash restaurant and service is truly friendly. It's a jewel reserved for locals but if you know enough German to order your food you are good to go. The place is really beautiful and the food and coffee awesome. The staff very polite and helpful The two negatives issues are that there is no catalogue in English and they don’t accept foreign credit cards.

Großartiger Ort, bitte beachten Sie, dass eine Reservierung dringend empfohlen wird! Es ist immer sehr voll. Die Pfannkuchen sind jedoch sehr gut und der Kaffee ebenfalls.

The brunch here is ok, bread, eggs, cheese and ham. They don’t accept foreign cards and it is often very difficult to get a seat. Also, they don’t have English menus.

We come here from time to time as it has a nice garden. The food is very good, although really pricey. The service was always extremely slow.
