Unfortunately, the bartender or manager at the bar was incredibly rude and provided terrible service. He desperately needs training in customer service! We ordered the Bosnian Chicken roll and simply wanted to confirm that it contained no pork or ham. When it arrived, it appeared to have ham in it, so we approached the bar to ask him about it. Also, they charge for kids' drinks, whereas most places include a drink with the kids’ meal. The prices here are higher than average, but they don’t even provide actual menus—you have to look everything up on your phone. Moreover, my alcoholic drink turned out to be just juice with no alcohol in it. I really won't be returning here again, especially after noticing cross-contamination with the food. Overall, it was excessively expensive without any justification!
Great Bulgarian restaurant! The food is delicious and they have a lovely patio. There was only one waiter working when we visited, which impacted the service. Hopefully, that was just a one-time issue. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, service a 4, and atmosphere a 5.
