Loads of fragrant bitterness mixed with sweetened condensed milk = deliciousness! The che ba mau (three coloured sweet) is a nice mix of fruit, jellies, ice and coconut milk. Nicely balanced and not too sweet. There's loads of other desserts on the menu (fruit shakes, milk shakes, frappes) but the staples WIN. The atmosphere of the cafe is rowdy, the service fast.

Didnt have the best experience. Ordered mango and they had no mangoes. Then i ordered oreo shake. Whipped cream was out of date and was sour then i ordered another one. I waited for the other one but they said they had no more oreos.

Basically if you dont speak up, the workers there wont see you. Service was bad but i do want to mention their english is absolutely funny! Mixed fruit for $6 is refreshing but its a dessert that i wont be coming back for.

Fantastic coffee, good service. Delicious iced coffees in true Vietnamese style. Avocado smoothie affogato is a must try. New to the menu, sounds weird, taste sensation!

Their brown sugar milk tea is just as good as the one from Xin Fu Tang. The decor inside is also on point for Instagram.
