I would rate this restaurant a 3.8 out of 5. The goat soup for $10 was delicious, but it seems to sell out quickly. The $1.50 vadai was just okay; it was quite small and served cold, though it did satisfy my cravings. The large banana leaf plate, priced at $16.50, came with a generous portion of rice and curries, including a lamb shank, but the shank was quite tough. On the plus side, the curries had good flavors. The $15.50 paper dosa with an extra serving of goat curry (not pictured) was excellent. The goat curry was super spicy and tender, practically falling off the bone. Would I return? Yes! The food lacked flavor and was far from the delicious Indian cuisine typically enjoyed in Malaysia. The roti canai ($5) was neither crispy nor fluffy, while the dhal curry was quite bland. The thosai ($7.50) was also disappointing—tasteless and not crispy at all. The coconut chutney was satisfactory, but the curry failed to have any aroma or flavor. The nasi lemak was terrible! We ordered the spicy chicken, which raised the price to $12, but the chicken was completely dry and there was no sambal on the side. Instead, Rasa Sayang served a strange tomato sauce-like mixture. The rice lacked the fragrant pandan aroma and the taste of coconut milk. Overall, it was a thoroughly disappointing meal.
bad customer service I have ever experienced in perth. when asked about ingredients they have added in the food to make sure that it is gluten-free, the cook comes with rude answer to not disturb him and has an apology that he already explained in my previous visit (a month ago). despite the fact that regular customer should explain with more patient. this shows his arrogance to the normal customer and I doubt that they make all these foods in this small kitchen, because the cook cannot really answer which ingredients they have added in my previous visit. all the best for those who want to eat cheap and nasty.

This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The food was terrible, and the place was very dirty. The cashier was always on her phone and even forgot one of our dishes. I will never return and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your time and avoid this place.
Have been eating in this place occasionally for 8+ years. In my recent visit, taste of food was average not as good as it was 8 years back. In-spite of the price increase, the servings had been reduced tremendously (especially if the lady is serving).
eating here is good, honest, humble. the quality remains unchanged throughout business life. the owners are welcoming and very helpful. the assessment that the worst customer service is bs!

Went there for a casual lunch with friends .. they had a good variety of veg and meat (Indian Style).. had rice and some side dishes.. good value..
