My overall experience was disappointing, to say the least. The Beef Pho was underseasoned, the noodles were overly starchy, and the beef was unlike any cut I had tasted before. The Alaskan Sushi roll was acceptable, but the Phoenix Sushi roll didn’t match the style offered at other sushi places; however, I should have checked the ingredients beforehand to ensure it was what I wanted. Our server seemed overwhelmed, but he did his best to attend to us. The best Pho in Monroe and West Monroe where you can enjoy great Vietnamese cuisine and sushi for great prices. The service is always delightful, courteous and friendly. The Alaska sushi roll is a must to try along with steam dumplings and a Thai tea to wash it down. I love RawZ from the first time they opened. RawZ is one of my favorite place to hang and do my design work. I really like this place because it has a good ambiance and not too crowded as well. I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect five stars. I highly recommend trying the Crunchy Shrimp Roll, which was absolutely delicious, along with the Roll and the Combination Fried Rice. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
Rawz is typically an acceptable value for the price, but the service has been steadily declining. Today was my daughter's birthday, and even though the restaurant wasn't crowded, the staff seemed indifferent. My daughter's California roll was served stacked on a saucer, and when I inquired about it, they responded as if that was the standard presentation. The manager was among the rudest I've ever dealt with. The restaurant itself is decent; it's dimly lit and mostly clean, but I'm hesitant to return anytime soon.

I had never had a bad experience here in the cafe rawz west monroe. the owners are very friendly and active in the facility! you eat is also top notch. the only complaint I would have is the personal, there are amazing server and ruthless server. the atmosphere is comfortable and always busy. try the tom ka nudelsuppe!

This restaurant is just as excellent as the original location. The sushi and sashimi are fresh and very creative! I can confidently say that I've dined here more than five times, and I've never been disappointed.
It would be great if their hours were more accommodating for working individuals; they really need to extend their hours.
