Wir besuchen dieses Restaurant mit der Familie ziemlich oft, weil wir gerne Evolène besuchen und das Dorf Freunden zeigen, die uns aus dem anderen Teil des Landes besuchen. Wenn wir mit Freunden oder der Familie nach Evolène fahren, gehen wir immer im La Paix essen, einem der besten Restaurants in Evolène. Der Ort ist schön, die Terrasse ist schön, es gibt jede Menge Gerichte auf der Speisekarte, sogar für Vegetarier (ich bin einer). Polenta ist großartig, Fondue in der Brotpfanne ist großartig, Raclette au feu de bois, Salatbuffet, Fleisch auf Stein, Sie sollten oft kommen, um all die guten Gerichte zu probieren, die dort serviert werden!

Letzten Tag, bevor wir nach Hause kamen, haben wir hier zu Mittag gegessen und es war großartig!! Service auch sehr gut. Ich würde das nächste Mal, wenn wir in die Schweiz reisen, wiederkommen.
