Das Coffee of the Tower ist, glaube ich, mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Knie. Hier ist der Grund:Der Rahmen ist außergewöhnlich, man könnte meinen, man sei nicht in der Stadt. Was für ein Vergnügen, nach einem schönen Spaziergang in diesem kleinen, von Bäumen umgebenen, idyllischen Haus zu essen. Mir gefällt die Inneneinrichtung hier. nicht modern, loungig (wie ich in meinen Kommentaren oft wiederhole), sondern nur eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. This restaurant is is set amongst shady trees in a park and the setting is very pleasant. I've often walked past and thought that I must try eating there one day. I went for lunch today and was really delighted to see wild boar as one of the two "plat du jour" (day's special.) I therefore ordered it but, at 12.45, was told they were out of wild boar (somewhat strange as it was still early.) The other plat du jour was also finished. I therefore ordered a steack au poivre. but, you guessed it, no sauce au poivre ! Das in Bois-de-la-Bâtie gelegene Restaurant wollte ich mit Freunden testen. Erstens ist der Zugang für ein Restaurant im Wald einfach. Wir werden gut aufgenommen, Tagesgericht, Risotto mit Garnelen, Sommersalat. Die Teller kommen an, sie sind gefärbt und es ist sehr gut, die einzige Korrektur wäre die Menge auf den Tellern, ich denke, 10 % mehr wären kein Luxus, da ich weiß, dass ich kein großer Esser bin. Dann 2 Desserts, Erdbeer- oder Apfelkuchen, beide sind einfach und gut. Wenn ich es zusammenfassen müsste, essen wir richtig und der wirklich positive Punkt dieser Adresse ist ihre Lage. Ich habe es geliebt, in Ruhe unter den Bäumen zu essen.

The rooms are well-appointed. The atmosphere is typified and the history of this place and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and takes the time to advise us. the dishes of the day are varied and the menu allows all tastes to find its happiness. The products are good. as the dish of the day, it was proposed a sea plate. well served with a wide choice of flavors, I had an excellent lunch. I’ll be back. In summary, I recommend this restaurant.

The terrace of the restaurant is nice and also the location as such is pretty nice. They serve lunch from Tuesday to Friday until 2pm. After 2pm you only get apple pie, dried meat and cheese. The food was good, the place would need a bit of a brush-up.
