At Constance, a traditional restaurant on the Glières Plateau, is part of the landscape and history of this mountainous region. Indeed, the restaurant coffee remains simple in all its hardiness. There is no style furniture but tables and chairs of wood or simple stools. The welcome is warm and direct. The food is very simple: potato donuts fried at will, green salad, hot meat, polenta, cheese tray, dessert. The wines are extremely good and at very correct prices.Everything is cordial because the tables allow you to speak easily and share. The atmosphere is that of the mountain, that is, living and friendly. We were there in the week and it is certain that during the weekends it is different...
The climb to the Glière plateau is long but At Constance the effort will be rewarded! menu at 20 € for the 15th of August, put in the mouth, local charcuterie, the famous potato donuts accompanied by a deliciously cooked piece of beef. The cheese tray is a pure delicacies, especially the Savoie Tomme 4 months!!! Fool with blueberries for dessert. I highly recommend!

This is what is called "to the good franquette": long tables or one eats next to each other, there are many walkers who come to eat before or after their walk. We can eat outside if time allows. It's cheap.

Completely exceeded by the crowd of tourists, the service is disordered, the wait is long, many customers leave. Not enough staff. I do not recommend this restaurant
Not sure how to word this right, but if you decide on buying a botana for 4 people - be prepared to make more rice if you take it to go.
