We went there without knowing where we were going. And the idea of going to salvan would hardly enchant us. but as soon as we arrived at the union, we were surprised by the framework. Simple, painless. the stones and the wood are highlighted and the menu on the slate, put the water at the mouth. the dishes offered are simple, original and my god, devilly delicious!! without lying, we have only very (too) rarely eaten as well in a restaurant that does not pretend to be a gastro! Fantastic! and thank you for the cake specially made for the birthday of one of our friends and for the girls cocktails! We'll be back! Salvan is not so far!!
What a beautiful surprise perfect , nice little terrace , and exceptional kitchen . despite the patron’s youth, this establishment is led by master’s hand. beautiful map we were able to taste with delectation. risotto perfectly executed, sole meunière perfect ... in short, not enough words for the meal we enjoyed. The waitress was also at the small care. as we told the master of the places, he can sleep quietly with a kitchen and such a .bravo
Sehr schöner Ort, ausgezeichnete Mahlzeiten mit Gerichten voller Farben der Originalität der Karte (Kalbsrippen). ziemlich seltener Service, sehr professionell. Super nette Chefs der Walliser Weine an der Spitze, alles war gut. und eine sehr hübsche und überraschend großzügige Dessertkarte, die ich Ihnen wärmstens empfehlen kann
Wir kannten dieses Restaurant überhaupt nicht und waren überrascht von der sehr guten, herzlichen Atmosphäre, den jungen und dynamischen Chefs, den Gerichten, die nicht aus der Box kommen, sondern von der Tatsache, dass sie zu Hause sind, dem Risotto mit echten Gambas und genau auf den Punkt zubereitet usw. a wahrer Genuss Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
a beautiful restaurant in the Valais Alps. A real delight! warm atmosphere and all sumptuous dishes. Our taste buds have been more than delighted with the dishes that have been prepared for us. I strongly recommend this nice little restaurant. If you're making a little round by salvan, don't miss it.
