The tacos were truly disappointing; they were way too soggy from an overwhelming amount of pico de gallo. It seemed like they expected a rabbit to eat the cilantro, as there was just too much of it and it wasn't even chopped. The rice was undercooked as well. I won't be coming back here. I've never felt the need to complain before, but this experience needed to be shared so that no one else has to go through it.
I have to say, I've had my fair share of Cafe Rio—probably an excessive amount—but tonight's meal was a true masterpiece! Thank you for making my taste buds come alive and my stomach feel incredibly happy! Mmmmm…. I think I’m ready for a nap now, dreaming of the delicious beef, steak, and the red enchilada sauce! Can't forget about Taco Tuesday and the enchilada a la carte!
The salad was fantastic! The combination of fresh lettuce and crunchy corn chips paired perfectly with the lime vinaigrette. However, I found the mint limeade to be a bit too sweet for my liking, but I was able to dilute it with some water to make it more enjoyable. Overall, this restaurant consistently delivers on taste and freshness.
I am fairly new to the area and I loved it, the food was really delicious! The steak was made to perfection. It was my first time here so I wasn’t sure what to order but Daniel I think was his name… he was really helpful. The tortillas are made fresh there, I will definitely be coming back again! This is a fantastic spot for a burrito featuring freshly made tortillas. All the meats are well-seasoned, making for a delicious meal at any time. If you're ordering more than a few items, I highly recommend going in to place your order rather than using the online service or app.
I apos;ve ordered Cafe Rio many times, but this salad was so wet, to the point that I couldn apos;t even enjoy the tortilla (which is arguably the best part of the salad) because it was too wet soggy.
They have forgotten to give us the 4oz House tomatillo sauce that we paid extra for several times now. We just cant trust them anymore. We will not order from this store again.

Rodgers the Musical is an excellent show since DCA last had a show in the Hyperion theater ?. A must see! Would definitely see this again!
