This was my 3rd time I came to restraunt and each time it's been bad experience. 1st time our order was not correct and even after complaining it was still wrong. Long delays waiting food. Alot of food were not in stock. Yesterday we ordered starters which took a while to arrive when it did we got Told our choice of main food was out of stock. Found that very disappointing as they waited to tell us that after we already had long wait for the starters. Had we known that we would not have stayed we seem to have had bad experience on wvery visit and decided yesterday if things were not good we would not have stayed for the meal. the manager was very welcome when we arrived at 7.30 a.m. the restaurant was very busy what was good to see. we sat on a little table on the road. we asked if we could sit somewhere else. the manager said as soon as a little was free, she would move us. she did within five minutes, excellent service. eating was delicious, everyone worth penny. we have seen that many of the cafe rouge restaurants have closed. we hope bluewater will remain open to us again.
Disappointing had to wait such a long time for our food microwavable bacon was awful my fruit salad came up with the hot food had to ask repeatedly for drinks and then they tried to over charge us the whole thing was not good
The server was extremely courteous and quickly accommodated our order modifications. Although our meal took longer to arrive than usual due to the busy Saturday crowd, the dining experience was enjoyable.

The staff were helpful. The food was lovely though I was disappointed they didn’t have French onion soup. The prices were reasonable though the fixed price menu seemed to have increased.
Had a lovely afternoon meal. The waitress provided excellent service and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a very relaxing late lunch with a glass of wine on a Monday afternoon.
Very very noisy. Spoilt the lunch as couldn't hear each other. Food OK except French fries felt like they had been refried and were extremely crispy couldn't put firk 8n them
The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. The atmosphere and overall dining experience were lovely.
