This was a family outing with my 2 daughters 4 grandchildren, table booked for 12.30 pm with tickets booked for Windsor Castle time was important to us. We had 2 offers with us 40% off mains or free kids meal with every adult meal, it depended whether my eldest grandson had a childs meal or a main as to which one was used. The service at this restaurant was subpar. We had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks to be served, and the food we received was not what we had ordered. Additionally, we had to inquire about the change on our bill. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
