My family and I visited this restaurant to celebrate my grandmother's and uncle's birthdays. I made a reservation through Google Assistant, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the mussel appetizer with tomatoes that we had upstairs. The restaurant felt very welcoming to us. For our main courses, we ordered the paella, which was amazing. They even provided the pot for leftovers! The portion sizes for the entrees were personal-sized, but the way they presented the paella was generous. My family had a fantastic time, and we definitely plan to return!
We enjoyed our visit overall, but found the food to be just average. Perhaps we didn't select the best dishes. The appetizers were quite good, but the Paella, while large, was not very impressive. The lamb chops were on the dry side. However, the tres leches cake and the sangria were both delicious. Overall, the main course was disappointing. On the positive side, the service was excellent, and the restaurant's decor and acoustics were very nice. If they could improve the main courses, this could be an outstanding place.
We ordered a bottle of crianza red wine and chose the fixed-price dinner option, which included an additional appetizer of figs wrapped in bacon. For my starter, I had chilled mussels served with pickled peppers and garlic—these were quite tasty. For the main course, I enjoyed a generous portion of paella with chicken, sausage, and clams. We finished with flan for dessert. While I had a pleasant experience overall, the food lacked the authentic flavors I was hoping for.
I hadn't visited this restaurant in two years due to the pandemic, and I'm glad to say that the experience was fantastic. The service was excellent, the food was very good, and the music created a welcoming atmosphere. The only small disappointment was that the bread was not sliced. We arrived as a group of three on a Wednesday evening without a reservation. Luckily, there was no wait for an indoor table (there's no outdoor seating available).
The atmosphere was fantastic, but unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I attended a private party and didn't get to eat until 10 PM.
