There are 2 cafe/bars at Testal (beach/port) and I do not know which one this is review is for. However , since we have been to both and they are both good, the review covers both. The bar connected to the port authority buildings is the new one and has indoor and out door seating, some good (free) tapas, and is nearly always busy. Nice people running it. The other bar is further down the beach/port access road, over looking the beach and, whilst smaller, is very friendly and great for a drink. Again, outside/inside seating and a nice lady in charge.
