Wir hatten das Tagesmenü und obwohl die Qualität des Essens „ok“ war, hatten wir folgende Probleme: 1) Am Ende, als wir die von uns verlangte Rechnung per Debit- oder Kreditkarte (90 CHF) erhielten, sagten sie uns, dass dies der Fall sei 'nur Barzahlung'. Dies ist für ein modernes Restaurant im Zentrum eines geschäftigen Skiortes völlig inakzeptabel. 2) Der Service ist super langsam. Wir erhielten unsere Desserts nur als Nachdenken, gleichzeitig mit der Rechnung, 40 Minuten nachdem wir unser Hauptgericht beendet hatten. The food is good, they make their own raviolis (good with the pasta a bit too thick perhaps) or make a great pizokel with cheese and lots of vegetables. They also have very appealing desserts and ice creams. The waitresses do not seem too friendly,...especially to foreigners. There are children books and games inside. There is a kids menu which is full of unhealthy options, however one can order small portions of regular dishes which are far healthier. The balcony is a great place to hangout on a warm sunny day.
I visited the restaurant twice. the first time with a small group and then again with one, the first time we have quite good food. the service was friendly but very slow. the second time we ordered the meal of the day. this time the service was very fast, but eating was not good. much too salty. the waitress saw that we did not like eating and offered us an alternative meal, but we had no time to accept it.
The quality of the food and beverages is fine and there's nothing to complain about that at all. But the staff is quite unfriendly and you never really feel welcome, especially with certain waitresses responding extremely rude upon simple requests. The Café enjoys a good...reputation, but this won't last long if they continue to treat guests in such an offending way.

Very pleasant food and little cheaper than at hotel; Food was good but their English was not so good and we had to pay in cash. Also strange was you had to pay for bakery items separately than if you satin the back and ate...at cafe. The gelato was good as were the bakery items. Parking was limited but free infront of the bakery. Overall would definately return!!
ideal location. next to ice place. has bakery and a tee room . has large brot, cake and has a god menu for light lunch and snacks great service. eat them quickly. a few parking spaces in front of or outside the nearby main road. very cheap. Lunch...for two was 50; two salads and two softdrinks
Perfekt für ein Mittagessen oder einen Kaffee in Lenzerheide. Das Essen ist lecker, der Service äußerst freundlich, auch wenn viel los ist, und die klassische Atmosphäre eines schweizerdeutschen Cafés.
the employees are unfriendly, unwilling and have no interest in serving someone. we found much more beautiful places to eat in lenzerheide and would not go to this place again.

Always a nice place to visit either before hitting the slopes either before or after skiing. Basic Swiss Style Cafe with lots of sweets you can choose from.
I've visited the cafe since 1970 and still brlieve they do the best Birchermuesli ever. Lovely view out over Lenzerheide nd the mountains from the balcony.
