It is cozy, very nice and well located. they have Wi-Fi, but sometimes it falls (I have gone twice and in both it has the same,) also do not have enough plugs (electric current) for computers. We ordered the menu of the day, the regular and cold soup, the half-shield was no big deal, the insipid tea. I have also ordered: hot white chocolate, delicious; carrot cake, well, a little bit of sugar, but a generous portion; white wine glass, well.I think that as a coffee shop it could work (pasteles, cakes, empanadas, coffee, chocolate, tea) but we didn't get the food.Finally, as some imported products (beams) and as it didn't correspond the quality with the price, it might seem.
This place has character...! The owner a year old Illinois expat... Great wifi connection and the ambiance distinct sections: street side patio, breakfast bar area, interior open air patio. The food well priced; some of the menu items need tweaks. Juices are fresh...and natural.... Interesting is the this place has Colombians and Foreigners mixed socially... Place gets a thumbs up... tweak the menu and this could be Stars.
A place to be while in Medellin in Poblado. We came here twice and loved it both times... Their coffee and desserts are decadent and the environment is charming... lots of comfortable sofas... a mix of tourists,expats and local crowd...the service is pleasant ... wifi...works really well... this place would have made it easily in San Francisco... thumbs up!!
This coffee shop feels like an oasis amidst the frenetic energy of Parque Lleras due to the tranquil energy of the staff and living wall. We stuck around in Velvet for an afternoon to do some work and it was lovely. The coffee is delicious, as are the pastries! The staff were super helpful and nice, it turned an afternoon of admin into a really pleasant experience.
coffee is very rich and the place is nice, the service is bad, it is worth asking several times, although partly it is understandable as you see that there are people who stay all day there and consume a coffee as much.

Really decent coffee, stylish surroundings and friendly switched on service....food was a great alternative to the normal fare in Medellin
