Hardshell centre restaurant is vile! So I'm 31 weeks pregnant. My nan was queing with my mum. I sat down as didn't know it was numbers to tables. The lady watched me sit down then rudely shouting infront of everyone you can't sit down. I said my nans in the que, she repeated herself AGGRESSIVELY! The place had 4 couples present hole back room empty. I was struggling due to high risk ivf pregnancy no help given, paying customer! Even have the recipt of purchase. You can see I'm pregnant no sympathy or communication given. MY OWN NAN DOESNT SPEAK TO ME AGGRESSIVELY LIKE THAT NEVER MINE MY HUSBAND
We’re always there every Saturday lunchtime and we absolutely love the staff, the food, drinks etc. The only thing that I would say let’s them down is their scrambled eggs! I ordered scrambled eggs on toast for my 10 month old son but they were a little overdone and he struggled with it a bit. But that’s it. Everything else is second to none. It’s why we return every single week! Excellent staff and excellent service. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen any of them in a bad mood!
reasonable prices, good cup coffee and hot chocolate and beautiful hot hot sausage bap. many sitting and sun umbrellas when the sun goes out! only on the bottom is that there are only 2 high chairs available for children and the tellers could have made for eating with a better clean.
