I come here for my regular cappuccino and when I go out for lunch and it's super amazing! Pedro and his staff make a mean coffee and always make you feel very welcomed. I hear they have an extra special Brazilian menu on the weekend although I'm yet to make the trip out if it's anything like their usual fanfare I'm sure it's incredible. My tip is try the Brazo sandwich but be warned it is addictive as are their rich homemade gluten-free brownies, yum!
Service here is a bit of a running joke in our family - really nice friendly guys, but never quite right or timely!!But we keep coming back because the food is just great - all the cafe usuals plus plenty of specials with a Brazilian twist. Try the Ipanema Bowl. Coffee is outstanding also. And if you keep smiling you might get some nice cheese balls as an apology when they muck the order up!!
Its always that balance at a busy cafe, how long will i wait VS the quality for a good/great coffee. Sometimes you feel like they leave you waiting just so that they can build a line. Luckily here good coffee and out the door withing 4 minutes and it had a line of people.. Maybe thats why
Service is usually quite cranky. Which is such a shame as they could do really, really, well as their coffee is excellent. Cafe itself is squashy and not a lunch destination. If they learnt to be friendly and nice then I reckon that they would do a whole lot better. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The team at Cafeina are awesome. Coffee is first class - pulled pork, brazilian cheese balls and brownies are dammed good. Failing that try the almond croissant. Got tl be shared though.
Competition is fierce but Cafeina has, to our taste, the best coffee we can find. It's a good spot for a quick, simple and reasonably priced breakfast or lunch too. Highly recommended.
This place is reeeeally good. Pedro, I believe is the owner, was super nice with us and their Prato Feito is sooooo good. Our go-to place when we want good food close to home.
