Caffe Artigiano - Tisch resevieren

I ordered a latte and when I first swallowed, I noticed that there was red lipstick on the cup. I told the barista about it and what she did is pour the old cup into a new cup which is very unprofessional and disappointing for a well-known coffee shop. I never come to this place again, if the tassen are not washed well, then I wonder how the food is prepared. also the place is very beautiful and spacious. I wish the manager would be more time for training their employees.

We ordered the hot chocolate festival drinks. The fluffernutter was astoundingly awful. It tasted like sour, mildly peanutty water. Zero chocolate flavor. The salted miso was a step up and actually tasted weakly of chocolate. Underwhelming and too sweet. The cookies were both decent, although the chocolate one tasted a bit stale. After a few sips, both drinks were thrown out.

Good quality traditional coffees- and now ORGANIC baked goods! Always good service too. And they were the only coffee shop in in N Van that actually took care during the height of covid, handing lids out with tongs etc (when we thought that was the best way to combat the virus) and door open for fresh air.

Good coffee and friendly staff. I often stop there on my morning bike ride. I would rate it higher but they no longer serve my favorite spelt power muffin! Have not found an acceptable substitute.
