The customer service here is lovely. I had taken my mum to the doctor’s and I hadn’t even taken two sips of my coffee before we were called in for the appointment. I had to rush off, and when I returned an hour later, they had kept my coffee aside nice and hot waiting for me I didn’t even ask them to do this! They’re so kind. The quality of the coffee and hot chocolates are very nice I can’t comment on the food as I haven’t tried any of it yet.
