Basic review, hot chocolate was okay and cake was great. My disappointment was in the service. I felt upbeat on having the first week off since March, decided to treat myself. But when I gave my order, I felt judged when I told them that...I didn't have the track and trace app. I haven't been anywhere to warrant getting it, and I'm more than happy to leave my details. I wash my hands and use so much antibac my hands are raw, I wear a mask all the time, I keep my distance from everyone I'm so careful. I visited this caffe with my older elders, the two young ladies made us very welcome, the coffee was excellent and the skyberry rullard was a real tasty bite. we returned when my mother was going to have the bathroom. had to use a medical condition. they welcomed us back and were very friendly, although we stopped them. I would recommend this caffe and the customers concentrated coworkers.
for a much needed coffee, very busy, but the staff did a great task to keep on the waiting queues. the baked were really nice, just out of that, so they were right. the coffees were sweet and hot, just what was needed on a cold day. the only problem was that the toilet would have done more regular check-ups.
I have set three because the service in the wide street is up and down with some employees who feel hastily and not to hear customers. while the cabinets were also brilliant with only one member of the service personnel.

I put three because it’s a fair opinion on both together. The one on the high st is good except sometimes the quality of the products lets it down. Whereas the one on the shambles is excellent every time
I like this nero, we were served by a beautiful dame a few months ago and today two great employees both with trainee barrista t-shirt on) do a good work. really friendly and efficient. Top brands.
Even though the new procedures are well laid out I do feel the tables are far to close together. The staff seemed to be half a sleep with a half empty store.
Pop up for a large latte this morning and apparently I get it was a flat white. My order was not check back to me, so assuming got it right.
