First visit and certainly not our last, if today was anything to go by. Absolutely what an establishment of this ilk should be. Welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. Ideally located individual casual tables and comfortable sensible chairs. Background music playing at non intrusive level adding to a very relaxing atmosphere. Well done, keep it up. We look forward to our next shopping trip to Springfield's with a coffee break with you again soon.
The restaurant offers typical Nero products, just as you would anticipate. It has a lovely corner location at the entrance of the Springfield shopping center, with ample indoor and outdoor seating. It's wonderful to relax in the spacious outdoor area on a beautiful hot day, savoring a fruit burst and frappe.
bright red haired member of staff was super friendly and took the time to help me to decide on my drink. i felt really listened to and left with a really tasty drink that i would never have tried without her help : thankyou !!
