I frequently visit Nero during my travels around the country, especially on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when I get free coffee through my O2 app. I consistently find the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Great job! I should mention that I might have a slight bias since I've never actually paid for coffee at their locations.

I always enjoy my coffee here, and occasionally indulge in one of their delicious baked goods or cakes! There is often a long wait, but the friendly staff really brightens the experience. If you’re lucky, you might even snag a spot on one of their cozy sofas.
