Went to grab a drink recently and was met with poor service, no smile and a cold and hostile interaction with Amy at Caffe Nero. She left me feeling quite deflated afterwards and now I may only visit the Church Road branch. Such a shame as I was a regular visitor. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
