Caffe Nero Kidderminster

The coffee at this restaurant is consistently excellent, but the service was a bit slow during our visit. There were two employees working that day - one taking orders and preparing drinks, while the other was responsible for cleaning and maintenance tasks. Both employees were busy, but the wait time for 6 customers was a bit long. It would have been helpful to have some extra assistance.
