We used to regularly visit this restaurant and were never disappointed friendly staff, efficient service and nicely presented, great tasting food. I can only assume that the restaurant has been sold since when we visited in mid August, despite it being almost empty it took more than ten minutes for the waiter to acknowledge us and a further ten minutes to get a menu. Whilst the food options hadn’t changed, the quality of the food was poor the prawns were overcooked to the extent that the meat stuck to the shell, the “angus” burger was a mass produced, straight out of the freezer patty, was certainly not angus beef, and was served without relish. Não é a primeira vez que eu escolho Cais para um petiscada entre amigos. Comida tradicional com um twsit que faz a diferença. A decoração do interior acolhedor no inverno ou o terraço com vista para o rio no verão fazem deste espaço uma escolha certa em qualquer estação. Eu volto.

Been here twice now and enjoyed bort visits food is very good value. Food very tasty and made to order and you will not leave here hungry. Owner could not be nicer or friendlier without being over bearimg Would definately visit again. Brian and Pauline Quinn

Best tuna steak ever! Great surrounds and lovely service a good bottle of wine cost us €17 so delighted with that
