Claire is an exceptionally talented cake designer. While her specialty is stunning floral designs, I asked her to create a Formula 1 cake for my husband's 30th birthday, and we were truly impressed with the result. Everyone adored the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and a smooth buttercream frosting. Claire was very responsive throughout the entire process, from placing the order to picking up the cake. I’m definitely looking forward to ordering more cakes from her in the future. Claire made a custom cake for me for a birthday and it was amazing! She worked with me to bring my vision to life and was able to turn around the order with short notice the Earl Grey flavor was awesome and I loved all the little details! Claire made the best cake ever. I was looking for a mini cake whole time in NY which is hardly possible with own design. But, Claire made it happen. I love it. I highly recommend this place.
