For me it is a luxury to be able to eat in a place like this. In tourist villages it is difficult to find a restaurant that continues to maintain the essence of the local cuisine.They use excellent products, tomato of their orchard, fresh fish of the area etc...I am not a regular user to comment on networks, or to praise or criticize, I do it because after eating in this restaurant on five occasions (every time we have been in roses) I would have to get to know this excellent place. In my opinion passing through roses and not eating here is a missed opportunity.
Puedes decir que cocinan con mimo y que ponen todo en amor. un restaurante familiar con un bonito patio. un servicio muy atento y comida, delicioso! mis hijos han adorado los calamares frescos a la Guauvia Romana, ¡qué buena recompensa!, dijeron) y el cromo, muy cremoso, delicioso. arroz de paella mixto en su punto. Tal vez los postres podrían ser más caseros, pero en realidad ya estábamos tan llenos que no importaba mucho. realmente recomendable si está visitando rosas o pasando. No está en la playa, pero come muy bien, ¿qué más quieres en un restaurante?
We've eaten on the inside terrace and a whole good thing. from the outside does not joticia the restaurant, it is worth entering and enjoying. everything is homemade and fresh. rations aren't very big but it's all spectacular.

Comida espectacular, calidad de los alimentos y cocina casera. Atención buenísima. Es caro (nosotros pagamos 45€ por persona, primeros arroz negro) pero lo vale.

En mi caso fue una cena con una especialidad marinera de arroz caldoso y probé una tapa de anchoas propias de la zona .
Atención excelente. Nos atendieron muy cariñosamente y la comida estuvo deliciosa. Recomendable 100%.
