Magic? Yes, magic! Dinner? Yes, dinner and both were fantastic! This magical evening took place in downtown Martinez, as the sun was going down. The doors don't open until 7:30 p.m. I was super excited to be here for a belated birthday gift with my two favorite people! They've seen my reactions to magic and great foods, but never at the same time! It's a supper club. An intimate setting with the walls covered with memorabilia of many great magicians! I went last night for my birthday and it was fun! Small venue and lots of character. I've never been to a magic show and can't say i'm now hooked, but I'm not sure that's what it's really about. The performers were generally comedians. There were some obvious puns and self-effacing jokes, but the overwhelming majority was deeply clever and polished. And I'm aware it's easy to judge when you're not the one on the spot. The youngest man performing was my favorite for reasons difficult to put in words. Quietly charming is the best I can do. After the magic, dinner began. There was no entertainment during the meal, allowing us to fully savor our delicious food from the set menu. Everyone received a small dessert plate, and last drinks were served before the show resumed. The opening act was entertaining, but Dave Cox, the main act, was truly outstanding with his blend of comedy and magic. The evening was engaging from start to finish, and we were never bored. This experience was exactly what we were looking for as a unique and enjoyable way to celebrate our anniversary. We would give this place more than 5 stars if we could!
Had a night full of fun and laughter! We met Gerry, the owner, who took his time to meet and talk with every customer there for the show. As you're eating, they come around the tables to perform, which was incredible. The dinner and desserts were amazing, and Jennifer, our waitress for the night, was very attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed, always with a smile on her face. Definitely will be going back. If you're looking for something different to do, this is the place!

My partner and I visited this restaurant for our anniversary dinner and had a wonderful evening. The intimate atmosphere provided a personalized experience. The walls adorned with the history of famous magicians and the captivating acts happening around us reminded us of the eternal allure of magic. Jerry, the owner, is a true gentleman and his dedication to the venue and ensuring guests have a memorable time makes this place truly unique. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The food was a set course meal of tri tip chicken and garlic butter. Desert was chocolate covered fruits. The food was decent but you're not there for the food. The magic show is a cute wholesome production! Perfect for change of pace date night. Get there when they open the doors! The Chex mix on the table was eh. The performers that come to your table were amazing! They also hand out business cards if you're looking to book a magician, or a card dealer to rig your weekly poker night.
Had a fantastic time! I celebrated my best friend's birthday with drinks, dinner, dessert, and a magic show. I even brought a cake for her, and they lit the candles and brought it out while singing happy birthday. The service was excellent, with many magicians coming around during dinner to perform tricks at the table. Each magician was better than the last. It's a fun night out with friends or for a date night. Highly recommended!
The experience was so special as we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday this past weekend. The service was VERY attentive and efficient. Food was delicious! We loved having the magicians wander the tables and engage us. It was a very special experience and I hope everyone who loves magic gets a chance to come. Our headliner, Jonathan Neal, was top notch!

Excellent service and ambience, an Intimate setting where there isn't one bad seat in the house. I celebrate a bday there and from the food, service and entertainment it was a great package. My 11 yr old son told me he found himself smiling so much and wants to go again. A great place to take family or friends. A gem in Mtz
