I would rather have a confirmed reservation instead of being put on a priority waitlist. It seems a bit ridiculous to me. That being said, we have visited the restaurant twice on Saturday nights and found it to be filled with children and very noisy. However, the kids were well-behaved overall. Unfortunately, we had to wait about an hour for our pizza as the oven couldn't keep up with the demand. Our pizza was lined up like airplanes waiting for takeoff. While we enjoyed the food, we will likely avoid going back on a Saturday night in the future.
I would rather have an actual reservation instead of priority waiting list. It seems to be kind of silly. So we said we were there twice on Saturday night and the place is a children's party and extremely loud. Overall, they were all well-being. Unfortunately, we waited for our pizza for about an hour because they don't have enough oven capacity for the volume. Our pizza was stacked like a plane waiting for it to turn around the oven time. We like the food, but we probably won't go back there on Saturday night.
The prices have increased substantially and the service quality has decreased. We had to request for our table to be cleared and for utensils to be set up. The priority seating option is a positive aspect. The only saving grace was when the hostess offered us complimentary desserts to apologize for the inconvenience.
We went prior to a movie so we had limited time but our server made sure our food came out as quickly as possible and was readily available to refill drinks, etc. Pizzas were great but the shrimp scampi plate seemed rather small. It seemed like a lunch serving!

Prices have risen significantly and the service has declined. We had to ask to clear our table and set-ups. The priority seats are a great idea. The only salvation was that the hostess offered us free desserts for our inconvenience.
Dinner was good. Only issue I wanted to note was that the restaurant had no record of our priority seating. There was no computer at the host/hostess stand that could have been used to track electronic reservations.
Great food and service, making a reservation is mostly pointless, they roll people in and out pretty fast and with a reservation we still had to wait.
This is a fantastic restaurant with TVs and delicious drinks! The service is friendly and the food is excellent.

I didn’t see any great benefit to priority seating. We still waited about 15 minutes.
