Just had iconic, attentive, service. Best waitresses ever. Intuitive, friendly, night a day experience from our prior visit to red Robin next door. Pay a little more for great service and food...makes sense. It's all about the experience. My 13yr old daughter loved it and even noticed our waitress and said dad tip her good ; . Keep it up guys...we will be back!
The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet the service was surprisingly slow. It took 20 minutes for me to receive my glass of wine, and our server was often missing in action. The atmosphere and decor felt eerie and lifeless, as if they had been neglected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at CPK.
I had no issues during my visit, but it is a bit expensive for the portion sizes. Aside from that, the food was delicious, and everyone we interacted with was very friendly.
