California Pizza Kitchen Plymouth Meeting Mall Priority Seating

I always enjoy CPK. The food and portion sizes are great, even the salads are generous. The dessert menu is impressive, making it hard to choose! I highly recommend the salted caramel pudding. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I originally booked for 6 people, but our party grew to 9 by the time we arrived at the restaurant. The hostess initially sat us in a large corner booth, but she could see it would be a tight fit, so she offered to move us to a different dining area that would better suit our group. Our server was also very friendly and attentive.

Upon arriving at the restaurant 10 minutes before our reservation time, we were informed that they do not accept reservations. As a result, we had to wait over 30 minutes past our reservation time. Additionally, the service was slow as it took a long time for us to receive our food, while other tables who were seated after us received their food and bill much quicker.

My party came to the remaining 10mins before our reservation only to say that they do not accept reservations. So we had to wait over 30 minutes after our reservation. It also took a very long time to get our food, while other tables that sit after us to return their food and check much faster.

Made a reservation and was ignored by greeter and bad-mouthed by another waiting customer when I told her I had a reservation. Pizza was dry and lukewarm. Server didn’t remember stuff and we waited forever!

The appetizers arrived after our main meal. The food was mediocre at best. The servers only offered apologies and the manager did not intervene. Thank you.
