What a great find! It’s out on its own and difficult to find but well worth a visit. This is a classic example of how to do things right but so many restaurants fail. Have a small menu of really well cooked food and you can’t go wrong. This restaurant delivers a very meaty, rustic style of cooking which is simply amazing. I tucked into their tomato salad bearing in mind I don’t like tomatoes was simply amazing! The meat is done to perfection and so plentiful. We were a party of 6 so we shared most of the menu. La comida es de primera calidad en toda su sencillez. Los sabores son puros y sin complicaciones. Lugar muy bonito también. Respirando Ibiza. Pequeño inconveniente, solo se puede hacer la reserva por teléfono.....pero no contestan. Paramos allí el primer día y pudimos hacer una reserva.
Muy bien todo a la brasa, pero lo más exquisito son sus patatas fritas. Sitio muy agradable , con un poco de tomate de primero y un segundo con patatas fritas ya está hecha la comida. Últimamente me están pareciendo un poquito para lo que dan, pero sigue siendo un sitio imprescindible.
Fui a este restaurante recomendado por unos amigos que fueron hace unos años, y acertaron, las patatas y la ensalada de tomate fueron la mejor onda, pero las chuletas de cordero fueron top!

Uno de los restaurantes más auténticos de la isla, a pocos minutos de nuestro hotel Valley Club Ibiza. Gran parrilla y la ensalada de patatas y tomates son realmente deliciosas.
¡Para los carnívoros! Muy buena calidad... ensaladas sencillas de tomate y cebolla y carne asada a la parrilla de carbón... nuestro puerto de escala número uno durante años. 1!
