Passing through Brest for work, we wanted to eat. As soon as we arrived, we were offered a take-out meal. Puff pastry of salmon and Shepherd's pie. All frozen. The guy at the entrance brought us a tray with both dishes warmed up. The time to prepare the dessert and especially the bill, everything was cold. The worst is yet to come. Arrived in our room, my hash was sour so wasted. The salad was so old that it was impossible to eat it. More dressing. In short, a complete fiasco. This restaurant should not be open to customers. . To flee without moderation. A monumental disappointment. We ate in many restaurants but there frankly it is unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We 3 people, on Friday evening May 31, 2019, we were refused because they could not follow the service that's what the person at the reception told us and yet there are only 4 people seated at the table, the reception not friendly, makes 2 people arrive after us, and does not take care of the person who arrived before us, and we are at the first class hotel just opposite which is part of the same group. Here is a person who runs his company, his boss is going to be happy.

Deplorable. Start of service and plate of raw vegetables not available, replaced by a tasteless pseudo tomato tartare, just cold. to follow an uncooked duck leg, so hard.... inedible.
