Hello, this evening I was at the Campanile Nevers Nord restaurant, as we have been there for two weeks, I took the initiative to take the buffet entrance where I was set on fire by the person at the reception who tells me that this is not the protocol,....!!!! So I change my mind without complaining and I sit down in my place, to my great surprise the lady at reception continues to denigrate me while speaking loudly, as if she will no longer make reservations in our name (our company) As a result, I couldn't order food because, faced with so much hatred towards me, I went elsewhere. For information, our company has future work planned in the sector in the future we will go elsewhere
Nous avons très bien mangé lors de notre séjour dans votre établissement Merci à Maud et son équipe pour l accueil et la propreté de la chambre . Nous reviendrons vous voir lors de une prochaine étape
Quiet, clean, a little old... very helpful staff (hotel and restaurant) but the big negative point: breakfast in front of CNews!!!!
Hôtel propre, tant au niveau des chambres, que du reste de l’établissement, le personnel est quand à lui très agréable.
